Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding US federal holidays). Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and fulfillment before it ships from our US warehouse.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories — these will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at jy8566502@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at jy8566502@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
